Sae-A Trading’s Vietnam subsidiary, S&H VINA, held a commemorative event on November 22 to celebrate its 10th anniversary. The event was organized to express appreciation to employees who have driven the company’s growth through continuous innovation since the launch of its first production line in 2015.
During the ceremony, 140 employees with 10 years of service were presented with commemorative plaques and cash awards in recognition of their dedication. In addition, three outstanding employees recommended by factory managers received special appreciation gifts such as a motorcycle, refrigerator, and television, as a gesture of gratitude for their exceptional contributions.
To foster unity and interaction among employees, a range of engagement programs were also held. Five teams were selected through the photo contest, while the lucky draw featuring items such as refrigerators, televisions, and rice cookers, generated enthusiastic participation. To further enhance the celebratory atmosphere, additional lunch allowances were provided to all employees on the day of the event. Throughout the celebration, employees connected beyond their departments and positions, commemorating the past decade together.
This 10th anniversary event was especially meaningful, as it marked the first time in a decade that all employees gathered in one place to celebrate the company’s history and growth. It provided a valuable moment for reflection and unity, as S&H VINA prepares for its next chapter and continued advancement.
