Since the “Earth Day” campaign organized by headquarters in April, Sae-A Trading’s Ho Chi Minh subsidiary has continued to practice voluntary energy-saving measures and improvements to its office environment.
Every Friday after work, the General Affairs team inspects all office PCs and electronic devices. For any devices left on, a “Power Off Reminder” poster is attached to encourage voluntary action. The inspection results are shared via reminder emails, reinforcing awareness and ongoing improvement.
In addition, the subsidiary is running three campaigns focused on energy saving, organization, and fire prevention. Posters are displayed in key common areas to naturally encourage employees to practice these habits in their daily routines.

Beginning in June, the subsidiary has also launched a pilot program called “W.O.W DAY (A Day to Rest with the Earth)”, during which all employees leave work on time without overtime, and the entire office is powered down once a month. This not only achieves tangible energy savings but also supports employees’ work-life balance and the creation of a sustainable workplace. The program will be expanded to at least twice a month in the future.
