To strengthen employee welfare, the HR team at Sae-A Trading’s Ho Chi Minh subsidiary has introduced the PVI Comprehensive Group Health Insurance Program for local staff. A total of 75 employees have enrolled, making this the first such initiative among apparel vendors in Ho Chi Minh City.
An information session co-hosted with the insurer was attended by around 60 employees, providing details on coverage and claims procedures. The program enhances benefits beyond statutory social insurance, covering items such as maternity, hospitalization, dental care, and accidents—raising employee satisfaction significantly.
